Caramel Apple Bark

Caramel Apple Bark features dark chocolate covered in pretzels, apples, pecans and caramel and is such an easy and tasty treat!

September always equals apples and I'm kicking it off big with this delicious Caramel Apple Bark! It is easy to make and is so tasty. I just store it in the fridge until I'm ready for a piece or two- trust me, this won't last long in your house!

Feel free to use whatever ingredients you like in this caramel apple bark. Any kind of apples would work well, you could use dark, milk or white chocolate and you can use whatever kind of nut that you like. I chose to use dark chocolate, pretzels, pecans, Honeycrisp and Granny Smith Apples and of course, caramel. Caramel Apple Bark is super easy to make and makes an awesome gift! Just make a batch, freeze, break it into pieces and store in a storage container or a cute plastic bag.

Since the apples are raw in this recipe, it only lasts a few days but I promise you, you won't have any trouble eating up this crunchy caramel apple bark.. It isn't very hard to make and doesn't take long so it shouldn't take too much effort. Caramel Apple Bark looks so impressive but it ready in less than half an hour. It is beautiful to serve at any holiday gathering as well! Store in the fridge so it does not melt.
