Healthy Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Can you taste the cottage cheese in cottage cheese pancakes?

Not at all! It just gets blended in. I topped mine with a little butter and syrup and they taste like regular pancakes. They are a little less fluffy and have a little more chew but I would say in a good way.
