Grilled Hawaiian Pork
Grilled Hawaiian Pork features grilled pork marinated in a pineapple soy marinade with fresh pineapple, bell peppers and red onion!
When the weather warms up, we try to fire up the grill as much as possible. This Grilled Hawaiian Pork is the perfect summer meal with marinated grilled pork, pineapple, bell peppers and red onions. My family loves this meal and it's super easy to make. At first, I was planning on making kebabs and I thought, too much work, I wanted the same result without having to thread everything on a stick and it worked perfectly. You're going to love this easy grilled pork and veggies dinner!
My kids loved this meal so much that they actually had it for a snack the night we had it. They pulled it out and ate it cold. I guess that means I need to make it again soon!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 pounds pork loin, trimmed and cut into 3/4-inch slices like pork chops
- 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (or any oil)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar (or any vinegar)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 cups pineapple, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 cup red onion, cut into 1 inch pieces
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, garlic powder, pineapple juice, olive oil, honey, rice vinegar and ginger. Save 3 tablespoons of marinade for later.
- Toss the veggies, pineapple and pork with the marinade. Marinate overnight if possible or at least for an hour.
- Fire up the grill to medium-high and cook the pork for about 4-5 minutes per side (flip with grill tongs) until you see grill marks on the pork and it reaches and internal temperature of at least 145 degrees F. Cook the veggies either in a grill pan, on a grill mat or in aluminum foil until the veggies have grill marks and are softened- about 10 minutes.
- Remove from the grill, slice the pork and pour the extra marinade over the pork and veggies.
