3 Ingredient Chicken Parmesan

Grilled Chicken Parmesan
I love the flavors of chicken Parmesan but not all of the fat and calories that come from the breading and frying. This recipe tastes just like regular chicken Parmesan with the addition of the wonderful grilled flavor from the chicken.

Grilled Chicken Parmesan

3 Ingredient Chicken Parmesan
Ingredients:
4-6 4 ounce boneless, skinless chicken breasts
½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
½ cup fresh tomato sauce

Directions:
1.      Grill chicken breasts until cooked through on both sides.
2.      Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet and top with sauce and cheese.
3.      Broil on high for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Enjoy! This recipe is so simple yet delicious. It is everything you can imagine tasty chicken Parmesan would be. Pair with your favorite pasta, zoodles or spaghetti squash for a complete meal.

  4. This is a fabulous cheese, and for those of you that live near Trader Joe's, it's labeled under Trader Joe's "Toscano" brand - black pepper and Merlot are delicious, skip the Cinnamon coated one...
