They are good for anyone but are especially great for nursing moms because they contain flax and oats which can help increase milk production. These refrigerate well and made excellent snacks all week.

Purely Inspired 100% plant based protein nutritional shake which worked well in this recipe to give a boost of protein and nutrients. It is dairy, gluten and soy free. One serving has 16 grams protein and 7 grams of fiber. It contains a concentrated greens blend with broccoli and spinach. It is a blend of proteins including pea protein, brown rice protein and alfalfa juice protein concentrate.
This protein could also be used in many recipes such as oatmeal, smoothies, baked goods, shakes, pancakes and more. I do not use protein powders all the time but think that they can be a good way to get some additional protein in your diet if you are lacking.
These bites are great on the go and provide a good amount of nutrients. I can eat these while driving even when I am in a hurry. Check out Purely Inspired on Facebook.
