This dip is made with a secret ingredient that unless you tell people about, they would never know. It contains an entire can of chickpeas (or garbanzo beans)! Surprise! Before you think that this dip will taste too healthy and not be tasty, I urge you to give it a try. Since it only has 5 ingredients (that you probably have around your house) and takes 5 minutes or less to make, you have nothing to lose.

This dip is both protein and fiber rich. The protein and fiber comes from the chickpeas and peanut butter both! There are no eggs in this recipe so you don't have to worry about consuming raw eggs and there is much less sugar than in a typical cookie dough recipe. Feel free to add more sweetener as your taste buds desire.
I served this dip to my daughter, husband and I after work one day. This is our special time together as my husband and I both work. We sit down with our daughter, talk about our day and often have a snack together. This snack is a perfect treat that will not fill us up too much before dinner.

For the peanut butter, I used Peter Pan® Peanut Butter which gave the perfect creamy consistency to the dip. I am a huge peanut butter fan so I loved it in this recipe.
