I don't think that I have ever made a recipe that has gone over better in my household! I made these super easy frozen yogurt cups one afternoon and when my daughter got up from her nap, I told her that I had a treat for her. She was so excited to see these frozen yogurt cups and was thrilled to pick her own cup out. She went with the blueberry and raspberry first and then made her way to the strawberry, blackberry and blueberry shortly after.

Over the next couple of days, my daughter ate ALL of these frozen yogurt fruit cups- I only got a bite of one. She kept asking me for more and since they are healthy and I have trouble getting her to drink milk/get her calcium, I let her keep eating them. She felt like she was eating ice cream and felt good that she was getting some nutrients.

These cups are totally customizable. I used a mix of blueberry yogurt, peach, kiwi and strawberry Greek yogurts. Just pick up a variety of flavors of Greek yogurt, mix in some protein, spoon the yogurt into a muffin liner and top with your favorite fruits. I used a combination of fresh and frozen fruits and both were great in this simple snack recipe.

Nothing is revolutionary about this recipe. It only has three ingredients: yogurt, protein and fruit. What is unique is that it is a very fun snack for kids that is different than just eating yogurt. I like that the muffin liners peel right off and you have a fun and cute snack ready to eat. You can either freeze these for 1-2 hours and then eat or if they become frozen solid, just defrost in the microwave for 15-20 seconds until softened.
