Dr. McDougall's Review

"Dr. McDougall’s Right Foods is the nation’s leading natural soup cup brand. As you’ll see, these new microwavable meals are not only restaurant-quality, but all-natural, eco-friendly, vegan, and non-GMO as well – a perfect alternative to the higher-calorie, lower-nutrition products within the category on the market."

When Dr. McDougall's contacted me about trying their Asian entrees, I was excited to try them.  I was sent the teriyaki noodle, trai peanut noodle, pad thai noodle, and the spicy kung pao noodle.  Each of these meals are only 200 calories and are all natural.

My favorite is the pad thai noodle.  The meals are made with rice noodles and get microwaved with water to create a fast and simple meal.  To bulk my meal up, I added fresh sliced cabbage to the meal which was a great addition.  One of my concerns about this product is that it has 450 mg of sodium. When making it, I used only half of the seasoning package in attempt to cut sodium.  This worked great and the meal still had plenty of flavor.  I would not eat these everyday for a meal but to keep in my desk at work for when I get hungry, these are a great snack or part of a lunch!

  2. Sound good, but how much soy sauce is in them. I'm not supposed to eat that.
