Chi Bars Review

I love trying new bars and Chi Bars are no exception. I was recently contacted to see if I wanted to test out these bars and of course said yes. These bars are organic and handcrafted. It comes in 4 flavors including Berry Berry, Papaya Pineapple, Mango Ginger and Cacoa Cherry.

My favorite bar is the cacoa cherry. It is filled with ground almonds and almost has a crunchy texture due to all of the almonds. The bars each have about 210 calories which is a bit high for a bar but not bad.

I also love the papaya pineapple bar which contains almonds, pumpkin seeds, fig paste, bananas, papaya, goji berries, pineapple, hemp seeds and pomegranate concentrate. One bar has 11 grams of fat (from the nuts), 4 grams of fiber and 6 grams of protein. I found these bars to be very filling which is perfect to help keep me full until my next meal.

The flavor of these bars are very natural and not too artificial tasting. I like that they are mainly filled with nuts and not just ground dates or figs like some bars are. Try these Chi Bars for a new filling snack!
