Crum Creek Review

Tomorrow, I have my first 5k race in 6 years. Wish me luck! I will let you all know how I did. I'm excited and nervous.

Crum Creek is a brand that makes healthy snacks, pastas and baking mixes. They are all made from soy. For my review, I was sent the soy nut trail mix and the almond biscuties.

My family and I sampled the soy nut trail mix this weekend when we went up north. We all enjoyed the mix. It contains soy nuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, raisins and tiny chocolate chips. A one serving bag is only 131 calories which makes it perfect for a snack. One serving has 5 grams of fiber, 9 grams of protein and only 4 grams of sugar.

I would definitely eat this on a regular basis for my mid-morning snack. I love the taste of soy nuts and this mix was very tasty.

The almond biscuties are great as well. They are the perfect snack to have along with a cup of tea or coffee. They contain almonds and raisins and are just sweet enough. Four of these cookies contain 137 calories, 2 grams of fiber, 5 grams of protein and 9 grams of sugar. They are a healthier take on a traditional cookie.

Both of these products were tasty and would make healthy snacks.
