Columbia County Bread Review

Whole grain foods are very important to me. They are full of fiber and vitamins and minerals compared to white breads. I was recently sent some whole grain products from Columbia County Bread to try and I ended up really loving them all. They focus on using no flour but using sprouted whole grains instead. They also make flax granolas.
Columbia County Bread Orange Poppyseed Flat Bread
My favorite product from Columbia County Bread is the orange poppyseed flatbread. These flatbreads are more like crackers and are so delicious! They are covered in poppyseeds and have a slightly sweet flavor from orange juice. They have no funky ingredients and are very healthy for you. I have been only letting myself have a few each day to make them last longer because they are so good. I highly recommend these! They use sprouted whole grain and no flour.

Columbia County Bread
My other favorite product from Columbia County Bread is their whole grain country wheat bread. I served this to my whole family one night for dinner and they loved it. I sliced it thin, put a little butter and garlic powder on it with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese and broiled it in the oven for a few minutes. They were very delicious. The only ingredients are wheat, water and a bit of sea salt. The bread is naturally leavened with a sourdough starter- I thought that this bread had a bit of a sourdough taste and now I know why!
Columbia County Bread
Columbia County Bread also makes flax granola. The recipe uses mostly flaxseeds with a bit of oats. I did like this granola but prefer a bit more oats in it. Flax seeds are rich in omega-3 fatty acids and fiber.

I thought that these products were very delicious and I would definitely purchase them in the future.
