PeachDish Review

Pan Roasted Broccoli and Sweet Potatoes with Sweet Peppers, Cashews, Blood Orange, and Basmati Rice
I recently had the opportunity to try PeachDish and was very happy with the fresh and tasty ingredients and recipes. The meals are Southern inspired and have 4 different dishes to choose from each week. Two of those options are vegetarian and based on what you need, can feed 2-8 people.

PeachDish will send you a refrigerated box right to your door with exactly the amount of ingredients you need to cook dinner at home. I love that the meals are filled with vegetables as that is how I like to eat. Boxes are priced at $50-122 per week (starting at $12.50 per person, per meal).

For this review, I chose these two recipes: Chicken Paprikash with Brussels Sprouts and Egg Noodles and Pan Roasted Broccoli and Sweet Potatoes with Sweet Peppers, Cashews, Blood Orange, and Basmati Rice. Both meals were very good.

My favorite part about these delivery services is that they make for the perfect date night at home. My husband and I always like making these meals together. Especially with a baby, we do not have the opportunity to go out a lot and it is very nice to be able to create a romantic evening at home by cooking together.

Chicken Paprikash with Brussels Sprouts and Egg Noodles
Our favorite of the two meals was the chicken paprikash. What's funny is that both of our favorite part of the meal was the brussels sprouts. They were so tender and full of flavor.

I loved the vegetable combination in the vegetarian dish but thought that it needed a bit more flavor. Some fresh garlic or onions would have increased our love of the dish.

I was impressed by PeachDish and would definitely recommend it. The food was very fresh and the meals are quite healthy- 2 things that are very important to me.
