Maty's Healthy Products for Baby

Having a blast in our backyard pool!

You know that with Adalyn, her health and wellness is my top priority. I love to try different products for her to see which ones work the best and like to try to find the most natural products that I can. Babies have sensitive skin and you don't want them to be covered in a bunch of chemicals.

I recently got to try out a couple of Maty's Healthy Products for Adalyn including their baby ointment and chest rub. The baby ointment is a natural alternative to Vaseline and helps to prevent diaper rash. It nourishes and protects baby's skin while promoting healing. We have been very, very lucky that Adalyn has only had a diaper rash a couple of times and each time, it was mild.

When we notice that she has any redness on the diaper area, we just put a bit of baby ointment on her and it helps to get her cleared up before it turns into something worse.  This product retails for $7.99-$13.99 depending on the size that you buy. It is portable and can fit in your diaper bag to take on-the-go.

The baby ointment is made with food ingredients including olive oil, coconut oil, beeswax, jojoba oil and vitamin E. It can also be used on the face as well as the diaper area. It is made with as natural ingredients as possible that is close to your body's natural oils. It has no parabens, phthalates, fragrances, hydrogenated oils, artificial colors, preservatives, mineral oils, gluten or chemicals.

We tried this out on Adalyn and liked it. It cleared up a bit of redness that she had quickly. It was not too greasy which was nice.

We have some of the Maty's Healthy Products chest rub as well that we will save for this winter if Adalyn gets a cough or any congestion. This would have been helpful last winter when Adalyn had some congestion but we didn't want to give her any drugs since it was minor.

It is drug free and menthol free. It can be purchased at many stores including Walgreens, Rite Aid, CVS, Kroger and more. This rub is made with essential oils such as Eucalytpus Radiata, Lavender and Chamomile. With the chamomile and lavender, it can help to relax baby and help them get a good night's rest even though they may not be feeling their best.
