Healthy Snacks Review + Giveaway

Wild Friends Nut Butter
1. Wild Friends Nut Butter- I have seen Wild Friends nut butters on other blogs before and always wanted to try them. They have almond butters, peanut butters and sunflower seed butters. I was sent the classic peanut butter, organic maple sunflower butter and vanilla espresso almond butter to try out.

I had to try the vanilla espresso almond butter first because the flavors sounded so unique. I loved the addition of the espresso powder to the nut butter. It was full of flavor and very creamy. I have been eating this on toast and in my oatmeal.

Many organic ingredients are used in these products. For those of you who cannot have peanuts, don't worry, the non-peanut varieties are made in a peanut-free facility so you don't have to worry about that.

All three of these nut butters were very delicious!

2. KABRITA USA Goat Milk Yogurt & Fruit- My daughter loves these goat milk yogurt & fruit pouches from KABRITA USA. They come in three different flavors: mango peach, banana and vanilla bean and mixed berry. Adalyn is now at the point where she can feed herself a pouch pretty well but sometimes, squeezes too much out.

I gave her one of these KABRITA USA goat milk yogurt & fruit pouches and she really liked it. My favorite part is that they have no added sugars- little kids don't need that! They are made with goat milk yogurt, fruit purees and a bit of lemon juice concentrate.

Why use goat milk? Goat milk is easier to digest than cow's milk and is often tolerated by kids who have a cow's milk sensitivity.

I love these for my daughter. What is also neat is that they do not need to be refrigerated so they are great for taking out with us. Most yogurts are not shelf stable like these!

 Buff Bake Nut Butters
3. Buff Bake Nut Butters- I had tried the snickerdoodle Buff Bake a few years back and fell in love! As you know, I absolutely love nut butter and this brand is no exception. It is very thick and creamy and contains other nutritious ingredients such as chia and flax.

What makes this nut butter unique is that it has an additional boost of protein with the addition of whey protein. They make both peanut and almond butter in fun varieties such as white chocolate, cookie and cinnamon raisin. They are very smooth and taste awesome on a banana or apple.

One serving is 2 tablespoons like other peanut butter and the calories is the same as well with 190 calories per serving. There is 3 grams of fiber and 11 grams of protein. Regular nut butters contain 6-8 grams of protein usually so this gives a nice boost.

I love carbs so many of my meals are carb heavy. The addition of this protein helps keep me full through the morning. All of the flavors are great and I think that my favorite is still the snickerdoodle.
