Lately, I am very into all things chocolate and cherry. It was recently National Ice Cream Day and I bought a new-to-me chocolate cherry ice cream that was so good! It is a flavor combination that I used to not like but lately, I love it! This chocolate cherry smoothie bowl is perfect for breakfast, snack or dessert. It is protein rich and full of flavor. It takes 5 minutes or less to make and is so tasty. I can't get enough on these hot summer days.

I am really excited to announce that I partnered with Chobani for this post talking about their new Chobani Smooth yogurt. For those of you who may prefer regular yogurt to Greek yogurt, this product is for you. It is thinner than Greek yogurt and still super tasty. It is a low-fat yogurt that has 25% less sugar and 2x more protein than other traditional yogurt.

My main concern about this product before trying it and seeing the nutrition facts was that I assumed that it would have much less protein than Greek yogurt like other traditional yogurts but I was wrong. One serving has 11 grams of protein making it a great protein choice for breakfast, snack or for part of a dessert. Chobani Smooth

They come in 5 flavors right now: strawberry, vanilla, black cherry, peach and blueberry. I love all of the flavors and think that my favorites are the black cherry and the strawberry. They are very flavorful and have the thinner consistency and less tang than Greek yogurt. They have no artificial flavors or sweeteners, are made with only natural ingredients that are not genetically modified, have no preservatives and contain three types of probiotics.

Chobani wanted to create this new yogurts because the non-Greek yogurts that were already on the market were higher in sugar, lower in protein and full of artificial ingredients. They wanted to fix that by launching a better option: their Chobani Smooth. They come in a two-pack and can be found in the dairy aisle.

As a Greek yogurt lover, I was not sure about what I would think of it but I really liked it. I think that my favorite is still the super thick and tangy Chobani Greek but I would buy these ones as well.

My daughter loved it too as yogurt is one of her very favorite foods. She is not the best about drinking a lot of milk so I love knowing that she is getting her calcium from yogurt.
