Berry Cheesecake Overnight Oats
The most requested breakfast in my house besides yogurt is overnight oats. The kids love all of the flavor combinations that I make including Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight OatsTropical Overnight OatsBanana Split Overnight OatsPeaches and Cream Overnight OatsPeanut Butter and Jelly Overnight Oats and more. Yeah, we love our overnight oats! I haven't made a berry cheesecake overnight oats flavor yet so I thought it was time.

Cherry, Blackberry, Blueberry Overnight Oats
You can use fresh or frozen berries. I like stocking my freezer with frozen berries for a healthy snack as is, to use in smoothies, for healthy ice cream or for overnight oats. My family loves them. This time, I had a blend of frozen cherries, blueberries and blackberries that I used for a delicious berry cheesecake flavor. Feel free to use whatever berry blend you can find.

Overnight oats are awesome because they are loaded with whole-grains, protein and fiber. They keep me full compared to something like toast or cereal and always taste like dessert and less like a nutritious breakfast. If you haven't tried them, I highly recommend!
