Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt Cups are nutritious, rich and creamy, protein-packed snacks that are easy to make with Greek yogurt, peanut butter, fresh berries and crushed graham crackers!

My kids and I are always looking for more snack ideas and these Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt Cups are so easy and fun! They feature a fun little frozen yogurt cup mixed with peanut butter and topped with crushed graham cracker and fresh berries. So yummy and my kids and I love them. They are protein packed, and totally customizable. For fun, you could give them a little drizzle of chocolate.
After school, my kids come home hungry and have homework to do and activities later in the afternoon. I love having these little Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt Cups on hand for a grab-and-go snack that we can all enjoy. They were a hit with everyone in the family so I will make them over and over again.

Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt Cups Ingredients
- Peanut butter
- Greek yogurt- I like using one that has at least 2% milk in it or whole milk. Vanilla works great for this recipe!
- Crushed graham crackers and peanuts
- Berries- raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt (use whole-milk yogurt or 2% for the best texture)
- 1/4 cup drippy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers and peanuts
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup blackberries
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt and peanut butter well. Pour the mixture evenly into muffin liners- silicone muffin liners work best because they're the easiest to remove.
- Top with crushed graham crackers, peanuts and berries.
- Freeze until mostly solid- about 1 hour. Remove from the muffin liner to enjoy.
