5-Ingredient Granola Bars
5-Ingredient Granola Bars are so easy to make and make a great copycat Chewy Bar with oats, peanut butter, maple syrup and chocolate chips!
My son is obsessed with Chewy bars and goes through boxes of them like crazy! I wanted to create a healthier alternative that was affordable, nutritious and didn't have any junky additives. Enter my 5-Ingredient Granola Bars also known as Copycat Chewy Bars. These bars are ridiculously easy to make- think tossing some ingredients into a bowl, mixing it up, pressing the ingredients into a pan, cooling them and then cutting them and then bam, you have 8 homemade granola bars ready to enjoy through the week.
I made a batch of these granola bars and brought them with me to pickup my kids from school. I could not wait for my son especially to try them. He LOVED these granola bars! So did both of my daughters. We are going to try all different flavors of these homemade Chewy bars to experiment with them.
5-Ingredient Granola Bars Ingredients
- Quick cook oats
- Creamy peanut butter
- Maple syrup
- Chocolate chips
- Naked Nutrition Colostrum Powder- Colostrum is helpful for your gut, immune system and for recovery. This doesn't change the flavor of the bars at all but just adds a level of nutrition. It is rich in antibodies like immunoglobulin G which can help boost your immune system. Studies are showing that colostrum is especially helpful for athletes which I'm super interested in.
