Yesterday after work, I went to pickup Adalyn from my mom's house since she watches her a few days a week for me. She told me that she wanted me to try a bite of this salad. I went into the kitchen to see the most ginormous bowl of pasta salad that I had ever seen!
I tried a bite and then went back for three more bowls. It was amazing. I love the crunch from the red cabbage. I love the tang from the homemade vinaigrette along with the creaminess of the blue cheese. All of the flavors blended together so, so well. I immediately asked my mom if I could have the recipe and to take some home to photograph. It is easily the best salad that I have had in a long time.
I will be making this salad all summer long to take to picnics, to our park, to a potluck, on road trips where we need a meal in the car, etc. It is fairly healthy with the vegetables. It is protein packed with the chicken, turkey bacon and blue cheese. Most of all, it is extremely tasty and addictive.

While this recipe is extremely delicious, it can be a little messy so I rely on Bounty Advanced™ Paper Towels to help clean up. Adalyn loved this recipe that she ate all of hers and some of ours as well! Of course, after she ate, we needed some of our Bounty Advanced paper towels to clean up all around her- she is a tornado!
We picked up our P&G Household Needs products from Costco where they sell large packages at great prices. We like the Charmin Ultra Soft toilet paper which came in the hugest pack and Febreze Air Effects which came in a 4 pack for our bathroom to keep it smelling great during parties.
