Loaded Nacho Fries
Are they nachos or are they fries? They're both! We love making loaded nachos for dinner and today, I decided to switch up the tortilla chips for crispy steak fries and they turned out awesome. I love making loaded fries like these Loaded Greek Fries for a fun appetizer or even a meal. I was brainstorming fun variations of fries and came up with these Loaded Nacho Fries. You're going to love them!

How to Make Loaded Nacho Fries

I chose a bunch of fresh ingredients to go on the fries including red bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, green bell peppers and romaine lettuce. I baked the steak fries until crispy and topped them with cheddar cheese and black beans. After the fries came out of the oven, I topped them with all of the fresh ingredients, a drizzle of yogurt based ranch dressing and salsa. So, so good!

I love baking fries or nachos on a sheet pan, loading them up and serving them like that. I served this tray of loaded nacho fries to my parents when they came over to watch This is Us with Troy and I. We always have some kind of snack but typically, it is simpler like popcorn or something. We all enjoyed these tasty fries and the tray was gone in no time!
