Who loves to watch sports? Not me! But I do love to eat while we watch a big game. The Big Game is coming up soon and I am excited to put together some fun appetizers. I came up with this Game Day Appetizer Board as a fun and easy Big Game appetizer idea. I loaded this easy appetizer tray up with already fully cooked ribs, cheese, nuts, corn chips, veggies and dip and more. It came together really quickly and disappeared just as fast by everyone enjoying it.

What to include on a Game Day Appetizer Board

-Variety of cheeses- I love sharp cheddar, hot pepper, white cheddar, dill havarti and more.
-Nuts- peanuts, almonds, cashews, etc.
-Fully cooked ribs
-Chips- flavored tortilla chips, kettle chips and corn chips make great options.
-Veggies and dip- in true Nutritionist Reviews fashion, I have to include some veggies! Celery, carrots, broccoli, radishes, peppers, or anything will do. I like picking up some ranch dip or French onion dip to pair with the veggies.
-Pretzels
-Pickles and olives

Game Day Appetizer Board
I love throwing together cheese boards, appetizer trays, snack platters or whatever you want to call them. They are easy but always look so pretty and when you bring one out at a party, guests are always impressed. I like to use a black slate board to serve on because they are large and all of the food looks nice on it.

Feel free to make this tray however you want. If you like kettle chips more than corn chips, switch it up. If you have a different kind of cheese on hand, use that! Use whatever you like and have on hand. It will turn out delicious either way!
