Peanut Butter and Jelly Granola Bars
I have a new favorite snack! These Peanut Butter and Jelly Granola Bars are so tasty, my kids love them and they're super easy to make. Bars in the store can be quite expensive and I wanted to make bars that were fairly healthy, packed with protein, whole-grain and less expensive. These granola bars require no baking and only have 7 ingredients.

No-Bake Peanut Butter and Jelly Granola Bars
Since Oliver has been about 8 months old, he has been my bar lover. He goes crazy for any kind of bar and almost always chooses a bar for his snack. While I do love many store-bought bars, they can be pricey so I love that these are so simple to make. My entire family likes them including my husband and baby. We finished this batch yesterday and I told my husband that I am making another batch in the next couple of days for sure!

Peanut Butter and Jelly Protein Bars
Since it was what I had on hand, I used sugar-free pancake syrup for this recipe. I know that a lot of people do not like sugar-free products so feel free to use maple syrup or honey. Either will work. Also, you could use Rice Crispies in place of the Cheerios. Both are good.

PB&J Protein Bars
I love that in the heat of the summer, this recipe doesn't require me to turn on my oven. It only has 7 ingredients and most of them you probably already have on hand. I chose affordable ingredients because no one needs to be spending a ton of money to make granola bars. These are packed with fiber from the oats and peanuts and have quite a bit of protein from the collagen, peanut butter and peanuts. A wholesome and filling snack that I really enjoy.
