It took me a long time to get on the overnight oatmeal train. I loved my oats hot so I saw no need to try them cold. When I finally tried them for the first time. I couldn't believe that I waited so long to make overnight oats because they were so delicious! I have made a few different versions of overnight oats and they are all so good. You can't go wrong with trying all different flavors.

  • Old fashioned oats
  • Milk of choice- I like 2% milk
  • Strawberry Greek yogurt (vanilla works too)
  • Reduced-fat cream cheese
  • Vanilla protein powder 
  • Chia seeds

How to Make Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats

These are best made the night before or at least 2 hours prior to eating because it takes a bit for the oats to soak up all of the liquid. For these strawberry cheesecake overnight oats, I decided to include some cream cheese for creaminess. I just softened mine in the microwave a bit and then swirled it through my oats so I could enjoy a bit of cream cheese in each bite. So delicious! Just toss all of your ingredients together and mix well. Make sure you allow at least 2 hours to fully absorb the liquid.

The chia seeds provide a boost of fiber and omega-3 fatty acids. The Greek yogurt and protein are what will help keep you full through the morning. The graham crackers and strawberries, well, those are to make it taste more like strawberry cheesecake! These overnight oats are quick to prep and are very delicious. Feel free to double the recipe and make these ahead of time to enjoy for breakfast all week.

  1. Mix all ingredients together for overnight oats in mason jars. Preferably, let sit in fridge overnight or for at least two hours.
  2. Divide oats into two bowls or jars. Top with strawberries and graham crackers.
