These are our favorite Brussels sprouts in the world that we make at least once a month! They are way too easy and make a great side dish to any meal. These Asian Roasted Brussels Spouts are full of flavor and my whole family enjoys them. They are pretty much no fuss- just toss them in the oven and let them get crispy and delicious. I hope you love them too.

Sometimes when I have Brussels sprouts roasting in the oven, I ask my husband what flavors he wants me to add to them- lemon parmesan, Mexican spices or Asian. He ALWAYS chooses Asian. We love these super simple Asian roasted Brussels.

Brussels Sprouts Nutrition

Brussels sprouts are loaded with nutrition! They are a good source of fiber, vitamin C and vitamin K. They also have some vitamin A and folate. Brussels are low in calories and make a great side dish.  Vitamin K is super important for blood clotting and for bone health. Vitamin C is good for your immune system- something I'm sure we are all trying to make sure is functioning great at this time!

How to Make Asian Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Preheat your oven. Slice your Brussels sprouts in half the long ways. If some of the leaves fall off, that's okay. Just toss them on your sheet pan anyways and they will get super crispy. My favorite part! Toss the halved Brussels in olive oil on a sheet pan. Roast for about 15-20 minutes until Brussels are browned and crispy. Don't worry about brown parts, that just means more flavor.

Remove the Brussels from the oven and toss with garlic powder, onion powder, soy sauce and rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar). Sprinkle with sesame seeds if you like. Serve immediately!
