Berry French Toast Casserole
I recently whipped up this Berry French Toast Casserole in about 5 minutes before tossing it in the oven for an easy breakfast that I knew that my kids would love and wanted to share! The ingredients are so simple that you probably have almost all of them on hand at your house and if not, they are super affordable.

Healthy Berry French Toast Casserole
This French toast casserole works really well for meal prep or to serve for a brunch. I used a mixture of frozen cherries, blueberries and blackberries but feel free to use any berry mixture. Alternatively, you could also do peaches, apples, bananas, etc. and switch up the French toast casserole flavor.

Berry French Toast with Peanut Butter

Berry French Toast Casserole Nutrition

Despite being a French toast bake, it is actually very nutritious! I used whole-grain bread, 2% milk and eggs. Along with antioxidant rich berries, this meal is quite healthy. If you want to make it even lower in sugar, you can top the Berry French Toast Casserole with drizzly peanut butter instead of syrup which in my opinion, tastes the best!
